One machine has two production lines, can produce double fiberglass wrapping wire, film double fiberglass wrapping wire.

Main parts:

1. Pay-off stand: two sets

Structure: pay-off stand with shaft, manual lift and down, with brake damping

Plate: standard 800mm reel, max weight:3000KG (or to be advised by user)

2. Straightening unit: two sets

Content: straightening guide pulley, alignment adjustment hand wheel

3. Film taping head: two sets

Each production line has one film taping head, each taping head can wrap two film layers.

Diameter of film plate: 300mm

Suitable material: polyimide film, mica tape, non-woven and so on.

Film taping head can be adjusted in two directions and can stop individually.

Pitch range: 5——30mm

It is equipped with automatic film-broken stop device.

4. fiberglass taping head: four sets

type: eccentric/ concentric taping head

number: one production line has two fiberglass taping head, one head can install 3 cheeses.

It is equipped with automatic glass-broken stop device.

Pitch range: 2——10mm

5. oven: 8 sets

length of each oven:2000mm

When fiberglass breaks, oven opens itself automatically and can keep the constant temperature.

6. Take-up stand: two sets

Plate size: width of outer edge of the plate: max 320mm

           max weight:300KG

1) Reel without shaft

2) Reel clamp: intensify balance sheet and positioning bolt

3) Reel lifting: rely on motor to drive screw to lift and put down

4) Ribbon cable: 40-rod automatic ribbon cable device

5) Take-up: torque motor, high-precision control of take-up torque controller
